[rt-users] Customfield and Attachment

In one queue I have many customfields. I'm use the
extractcustomFieldValues for 

extract this fields from email. When I send this email with customFields
and attach files,

this custom fields stayed empty but the attachment was send. When I
remove attach file and 

resend this email the customfields work properly.
