[rt-users] Installing RT on RHEL 4.

Apache::Request is not a dependency for MP2, from the
rt-test-dependencies code,

$deps{'MODPERL1'} = [ _( << '.') ];
CGI 2.92
Apache::Request
Apache::DBI 0.92
