[rt-users] Configuration tab not working after RT move

Mandrake 10.1

I just moved my RT 322 installation from one Mandrake 10.1 box to
another Mandrake 10.1 box.  I rsync'd the /opt/rt3 directory and
mysqldump'd the rt3 database.  The mysql dump and load completed
without errors.

RT is working fine on the new box except for one thing.  I can
not enter the CONFIGURATION tab on the left.  It brings me back
to the HOME screen.

I had admin rights on the previous RT server so I'm assuming
I have admin rights now.  Could I be wrong ?

Is my problem a permission problem ?
