[Kelly F. Hickel] This is probably the wrong place to unzip it, depending on what version of Statistics you are using (the latest is 0.1.5).  You should remove what you've unzip, then unzip it one level up.
In other words, the file /home/rt3/local/lib/Statistics.pm should exist.  At least I think it should, if you're using Debian, I'm not positive as I've never used Debian.  On a "stock" install, the file /opt/rt3/local/lib/Statistics.pm should be there.
