RTx::RightsMatrix 0.02.05 is on it's way to CPAN.

The most important change is that a bug in the last
version required a user to have right ShowConfigTab
to access My Rights.

Changes:

0.02.05:

* Fixed user needing ShowConfigTab to access My Rights

0.02.04:

* Going through Configuration menu no longer defaults to root.
* Fixed bug in setting title.

0.02.03:

* All tests pass
