Hi, I'm just trying to customize RT for our tech support guys. I've added some custom fields for users and can edit them just fine in the admin area however custom fields do not appear in the users' preferences. Is there a reason they are not in User/Prefs.html or can I just modify it to include custom fields? -- Dave
