[rt-users] Help: ShowTicket

Hi,

We would like to give everyone the right to see tickets of all queues.
However, after I set up the right SHOWTICKET for all queues to do this,
the tickets from all queues jammed into the home page. This is quite
annoying because most users are only concerned about the tickets related
to their own queue. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks in advance!
