[rt-users] Reply from user not working

Here is what I see in my messages log:
 
Apr  7 09:26:10 rhel RT:
<rt-3.4.2-19-189-7.5.78588911778709 at example.com> No recipients found.
Not sending.  (/opt/rt3/lib/RT/Action/SendEmail.pm:247)
 
Obviously there is an email address not config'd prperly but I cant find
it...
