[rt-users] v3.6.0 empty transaction with utf-8 content-type

Further research shows that the integer value of the special character
in the e-email that is causing the transaction to have no data is
"12244". This looks like a Chinese character..

Any reason why this Unicode character would cause the entire message
body to be discarded by RT?

RT certainly should be handling utf8 content just fine. Can you try
reporting the bug as a utf8 message to rt-bugs at fsck.com?

We'll see if our RT handles it ok.
