[rt-users] Possible to add attachments via command-line?

Not using "rt comment -a" since this sends comment emails and also seems
to default to text/plain encoding.
 
rt edit ticket/<id>/attchments/<attachmentid>
 
seems to do something but not allow modifying (Unknown object type
error). And I can't see how to add a new multipart/mixed attachment like
this. Any ideas?
