[rt-users] Not Displaying tickets in "Stalled" state in 3.6.2/3.6.3 on the RT at a glance page

Hi Nick,
i thhink at the releases starting from 3.5 the newest ticket etc. are loaded
by a saved search, i think if you load the search and edit it, this will
work.
