[rt-users] getting nowhere with User_Local.pm and with no logs to go on

I don't know about debian.  I'm a CentOS guy myself.  For me, the mason 
cache is at /usr/local/rt3/var/mason_data/
Hopefully one of the other debian guys can point you in the right 
direction here, but it sounds like your changes are cached.
