[rt-users] User cannot log out

Hi,

I created an unprivileged user, and logged them in on my workstation. 
Now, I cannot log them out of the limited self-service interface! 
Nothing really happens in my browser but the url changes to 
http://[internal web path]/NoAuth/Logout.html.  Can anybody help?
