[rt-users] No reply on some queues

Two ways to do it:
-- Turn off the Global "On Resolve" scrip and turn on local "On
Resolve" scrips for each queue, or
-- Change the Global "On Resolve" scrip and put in a user-defined
condition that checks the queue before returning "true".
