[rt-users] RTFM Extract Article not working

Hi all I'm attempting to use the Extract Article
feature but to no avail.  I click the extract link and
pick the class and the single text line.. on create I
get nothing.  Nothing at all in the ticket.. I'm sure
that I've done something stupid.  Thanks in advance..
I'm on 3.4.4 RT and 2.04 RTFM
