[rt-users] First-time RT install questions.

You need package httpd-devel, but secial.mk is located elsewhere... at 
/usr/lib/httpd/build/special.mk.

I have packaged rt-3.4.5 for CentOs 4 (with mod_perl), see:

or if you really want mod_fastcgi you can grab it from:
