[rt-users] RT v3.6.0, RTx-Shredder reinstall problems

I've found the problem though I don't know why it is happening. When I
installed Shredder the Callbacks directory was set to mode 700. I don't
know if it was actually set to this when I installed RT or if Shredder
set it. Either way, I chmod'ed it to 755 and everything worked as expected.
Any idea why all of a sudden installing Shredder creates directories
that RT can't write to? Even when being installed by root?
