[rt-users] RT for Windows

good point, the RT exe (win32) on the bestpractical site can't get the
packages, the http://p4.elixus.org/dist/ site is not available and seems to
the SecureScout
<http://wiki.bestpractical.com/index.cgi?SecureScout>version is
working. It's possible to compile the souce for win32 and using
what tools?

by the way, the wiki page for windows is very poor. I know, I know, this is
not a windows tool.
