[rt-users] What happens on server to create ticket

Hi,

I would like to know how to trace what code gets called on the server when a
user using the web ui hits on the create button.  The form would have some
custom fields.  If somebody could give me some pointers, when I'm done, I
can then put this onto the wiki (after verifying it with this list).
