[rt-users] Annonymised sending from RT

Hello,

When a ticket owner replies to a ticket via RT, RT sends the message out 
as, for example, "Stewart Tranter via RT".  We want to remain anonymous 
when replying and want to have all e-mails from RT be sent as "Computing 
Services, via RT" or something similar.

Is it possible to set this somewhere, or is it a bit of a major task?
