[rt-users] No ability to edit tickets when accessing via SSH?

Yep, weird. I can only say that as I know you can't configure RT to
work with both HTTP and HTTPS without using "multiple instances"
trick, because RT uses global config option $WebURL that has http://
or https:// hardcoded.
