[rt-users] changing RT name

Hello,
we want to change the RT name but to make sure that the old correspondence
is not lost we want to be able to receive emails with both RT names. I did
try to change emailparser.pm but no luck.
Has anyone succeeded? There is a little help in Wiki and I hope I can update
it once all is OK.
