[rt-users] Broken link in tickets I own table from RT at a glancepage.

I am not sure,a question for Jesse I guess.
I opted for the old MyTickets/MyRequsts static elements ..
I have 800 priv users and I can just image few hundred of them will be
modifying their searches every day ..
MyRT is nice but can be resource intensive.
