[rt-users] Help I cannot receive email to RT

I am running RT-3.6.1 on Debian 3.1, followed great instructions from 
RT-wiki on debian by the way,
I can create a ticket using the selfservice and get a reply fromo the email 
maintenance at boynemountain.com as setup on RT_SiteConfig.pm on correspond 
email address
but when emailing to maintenance at boynemountain.com nothing happens
