[rt-users] Set($HomepageComponents

Hey,

i want to remove the "Quick Ticket Creation" from RT at a glance for
every user.

I added "Set($HomepageComponents[qw(Quicksearch MyAdminQueues
MySupportQueues MyReminders RefreshHomepage)]);" in my RT_SiteConfig.pm
(removed the "QuickCreate" from the array)

result: QuickCreate is still visible to all users - but not deleteable
anymore.

any hints?
