[rt-users] Issues with TimeZone after upgrading to 3.6.4

Hi,

after upgrading to the latest RT, apache server started to work in GMT
(before was CST) - that affected all the logging, other scripts,
etc... I tried to use a different settings for $RT::Timezone as well
as commenting out  $ENV{'TZ'} = $RT::Timezone if ($RT::Timezone); from
RT.pm all together, but it didn't help. Anyone has ideas? As soon as I
remove RT from apache configs - it all gets back to normal.
