[rt-users] added user can't see queues

	First of all, you should be signed in as root and that should give you 
superuser rights. From that ability, you can do what you want. Make your 
new user a Privileged user. create a group (COnfig tab). Then config the 
queue to allow whatever rights you want to the new group. Your RT 
Essentials should help with that. Also, the wiki has some good 
explanations of what the rights mean/entail. After reading that, if you 
have any specific questions, ask away.
