[rt-users] FW: Ticket Report We Use

Hi everyone, here is what I was told by the person who created the report, I hope this helps:
In crystal, they have to go to Database>Set Location, click on each of the tables then "set location" and find the database/table. This remaps the tables to their database and they should be able to run the report.
