[rt-users] Tickets based on custom field value

Easier way is to use FromSQL method and pass a string that has all
conditions you need, something like:
$tickets->FromSQL("(Status = 'open' OR Status = 'resolved') AND
'CF.{MyCF}' = 'qwe'").
