[rt-users] "Show" rights for templates

Hello,

I'd like to restrict view access to queue templates to the people who 
work in the queue, but still give everyone the rights to see global 
templates. Can this be done?

I can't find any way to give everyone read access to global templates 
without also granting the rights to see any queue template!
