[rt-users] RT prereqs won't install - MIME::Entity install error - Can't locate object method "binmode"

re: GD
RHEL and Centos v4.5 do not ship with support for animated GIFs in  
GD. When you are building the module and it asks for what formats  
you'd like to support, disable the animated gifs. This will allow you  
to build the perl modules properly.
