Dummy cerberus,
What are you trying to do? By and large, privileges are reserved for
privileged users, therefore an un-privileged user cannot be granted
rights nor added to a group that has rights. They are already in a group
called "Unprivileged Users" and some rights can be granted to them
globally or on a queue basis, like creating tickets, seeing tickets in a
queue, etc. as far as configuration is concerned, try granting that
right to a select few "privileged users", perhaps a group of specific
users on a global basis. Hope this helps.
