[rt-users] More About in 3.8 for Privileged Users

Hi everyone,

I use the RTimportldap script to "sync" my users in RT.  Previously in
3.6 I was able to see the "More About" section on each user, even though
they were privileged by removing some lines in

 /path/to/your/rt/share/html/Ticket/Elements/ShowRequestor

I tried looking for the same thing in 3.8 but can't find it.  Is there a
global way to enable the More About option for all users, not just
unprivileged one?
