Hi,

We had an e-mail disappear a few weeks ago and not go through the
gateway and didn't notice until now. We're running RT 3.6.4. This is
what the log says

My questions are:
1) What is the error? Why didn't the gateway work?
2) How do I fix this?
3) Can I redirect failed e-mails in the future to an e-mail address?
4) Is there a copy of the failed e-mail somewhere?

Thanks,
Jayen
