[rt-users] Disappearing Transactions

Hey I just remembered having had the problem on one of our tickets too 
in 3.6.3. The history in RT was kind of cut off. But the transactions 
were still in the database. After updating Text::Quoted like mentioned 
by Jesse it works now. Thanks to Ruslan for the update. ;)
