[rt-users] Failed upgrade to RT 3.6.6 with Asset Tracker

Thanks for the tip! It was the permissions on the AT_Config.pm and AT_Siteconfig.pm files that was changed.  I fixed it and the RT page loaded right up.  Thanks again.

Two possible reasons that it can not find file
/opt/rt3/etc/AssetTracker/AT_Config.pm
1) no such file
2) permissions
may be something else, but these are the most common
