[rt-users] Which user/group should RT be using?

I'm not seeing any issues. This one aspect of the installation just  
didn't go as expected based on what I read in the documentation, so  
wanted to double-check with the list to ensure I didn't miss anything.

That, and I haven't really found anything specific defining which  
permission should be placed on which directories in the /opt/rt3  
hierarchy.
