Hi!
look if the postfix user is allowed to access the folder
with the script
"ls -ld /etc/request-tracker3.6"
And you can btw. simply check the rest with a
cat file_with_a_complete_mail | /etc/request-tracker3.6/rt-mailgate \
--queue general --action correspond --url http://localhost/rt"
