[rt-users] question about the RT email account

The e-mail system was unable to deliver the message, but did not report
a specific reason. Check the address and try again. If it still fails,
contact your system administrator. <
mailgate-outbound.protus.com #5.0.0 X-Spam-Firewall; Name service error
for name=protusrt.com type=A: Host not found>
That looks to be a problem unrelated to RT. Host not found suggests a
problem on your Exchange box.
