[rt-users] Trouble getting Relationship Charts to render correctly in RT 3.8.1

We're running:
- Apache 2.2.3
- Perl 5.8.8
- mod_perl 2.02
- GraphViz 2.02
- GD 2.41
- GD::Image 2.27
- mysql 5.0.32

This is a test migration from RT 3.4.5 - we did do the double-step database
upgrade, and aren't experiencing any other problems.  The symptoms are
exactly as identified by Sean McCreadie.

Anything else you need to know?
