[rt-users] Transactions not supported - Error with 3.8.1

Transactions not supported by database at /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.6/i386-linux-thread-multi/DBI.pm line 1632, line 449.

After upgrading to 3.8.1 and then upgrading MySQL to 5.0.67 in order to correctly compile and run the Update DB Schema script, I now get this error.

I've reinstalled MySQL, MySQL-Client, DBD::MySQL and DBI::Bundle::MySQL

I'm pretty much out of ideas at this point and google isn't helping any.

OS: Fedora Core 4
MySQL: 5.0.67
RT: 3.8.1
