[rt-users] Custom Fields Issue in RT 3.6.6

Thanks for the suggestion, Curtis .. I see the checkbox for showing disabled for queues, but not one for custom fields.
I figured out why the custom fields weren't showing up .. it was something I noticed when I first started using RT ... I didn't have a queue selected. Once I selected a queue, the fields showed up.
