[rt-users] RT 3.8 - Cant create users in database when they send email

If the error is something like:

"RT could not load a valid user, and RT's configuration does not allow
for the creation of a new user for your email."

Then maybe you haven't given CreateTicket permissions to "Everyone"
on the particular queue.
