[rt-users] RT 3.8: Include an attachment on a template

Hi,

 

I need to include a.pdf file in my resolved ticket template message sent to the requestor, so that i can send a client satisfaction inquiry, when the ticket is closed.


How can i do this? How can i define a template with an attachment? Any ohter way to do this?
