[rt-users] DB entry encoding problem after upgrade

Hallo!
ich empfehle die Lektuere der Datei UPGRADING.mysql (findet sich im RT
tar-ball)
Oder das lesen der Mailinglist Archive.
Sollte sich das jetzt etwas nach RTFM anhoeren, dann ..
