[rt-users] Upgrade problems with RT 3.8.0 and 3.8.1 from 3.6.5

I did empty it, sorry, I forgot to mention it. I also ran make
testdeps/make fixdeps for both builds and there were no missing
dependencies

Yeah, I sort of found out :)
