[rt-users] statistics

Hi ;

Newbie in RT, I used it since 3 months for managing tickets from users only
by email. It works great.

But, I search to know how extract statistics such as time to resolv ticket,
average number of ticket per day .....

Can anyone tell me if documentation exists ?
