[rt-users] Ticket/Search results navigation in 3.8.x

Well it's great to see that those are there. I'll dig in and see whats
different (hopefully soon).

I checked the release notes for 3.8.2 (we're on 3.8.1) and didn't see
anything related to this. In case I missed it, nothing that you remember
along those lines?
