Hi
Did you apply the group-rights and the user-rights with ShowCustomField and ModifyCustomField rights?
Might be worth a look.

I have created a custom field to appear in all tickets. I have enabled it globally for all queues but it does not appear in any new ticket. Where am I going wrong?
