[rt-users] RecordTransaction => 0 not working ?

You were correct, the documentation shows that the right arguments are
"SilentBase" and "SilentTarget" and they must be true for the transactions
to be hidden - for instance:

$self->TicketObj->AddLink( Type => 'RefersTo', Target => $ticket_id,
SilentBase => 1, SilentTarget => 1);
